Children’s Services of Roxbury’s Early Education & Childcare program provides 100% subsidized center-based and family-based childcare (in Greater Roxbury and Worcester) to children of low-wage workers, homeless families, DCF-involved families, and teen parents.
All of our childcare educators are culturally competent, licensed professionals who are approved by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) to serve children.
We are dedicated to providing a full range of individualized, preventive, and therapeutic early education and care services that help families establish strong and stable foundations. Our service model exemplifies culturally comfortable, trauma-focused childcare for vulnerable children, and academic readiness for preschoolers (including The Basics for toddlers and infants), all to support social and emotional development and kindergarten readiness.
Our Early Education & Childcare program is designed to meet the needs of families with diverse cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, and languages. Our clinical and support staff who work with the families we serve also reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
