The Department of Children and Families and CSR’s Lifelong Family Connections for Adolescents programs are working together to improve outcomes for you in foster care. Lifelong Family Connections for Adolescents prevents youth from aging out of the foster care system without a significant family connection in their life.
The program is designed primarily to support intact families and to prevent out-of-home placement of children.
The CSR's Family Visitation Program provides safe, neutral, and professional location for supervised visits for low income families in the Greater Boston Area.
The Parent Mentor strives to increase knowledge of parenting skills, helping to strengthen families so they may remain together or reunify.
The program seeks to improve the relationship between inner-city youth, residents and the Police Department, and to address community problems.
